Housed in the oldest street of Carcassonne, the restaurant Le Trivalou has a small but warm dining room and a relaxing terrace. We can accommodate up to 40-50 people in high season and up to 20 people in low season. Booking is strongly recommended.

What makes our restaurant special is entirely home cooked regional dishes. Kick off with Foie Gras, followed by a slowly cooked Cassoulet of White Beans with Duck Confit and finish with the dessert of your choice.

The vegetarian menu changes with the seasons. Today we serve a Spelt Soup or Oyster Mushroom Fricasse as starters. Main course include Potato Puree , Braised Cabbage, Roasted Apple and Pear, Tagliatelle Carrots and Parsley Sauce.

Wine list is rich with regional wines.  On the drinks menu, discover a Middle Age spiced drink prepared by our chef with white wine, honey and spices – hypocrites.

If you have any dietary requirements and/or allergies, please let us know when making your reservation. We can advise you on a suitable selection from our dishes.
